Administrator needed, 1st/2nd level , Freelancer

We are looking for a 1st/2nd level administrator, freelancer, on an hourly basis on call or by prior appointment. Knowledge of OBS (PC) and Plasma streaming (Android/Apple) required. English spoken and written at least B1 or higher.
