Our performances are curated, rehearsed, and consistent. We are not a booking platform. We are building something new. What This Role Is:You will run the day-to-day operations of HFE in Tbilisi. This means managing client relationships, coordinating artists, handling bookings, and building the agency's local network. The business owner is available remotely for strategy and decisions — but you are trusted to execute independently and handle the ground-level reality of every event without needing approval for every detail. This is a full-time role with a fixed monthly salary plus a performance bonus tied to monthly event volume. As HFE grows in Tbilisi and beyond, this role grows with it.
