☕ WE ARE HIRING – FEMALE BARISTA / BAR MANAGER

We are looking for a responsible, friendly, and experienced Georgian female Barista / Bar Manager to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality coffee, juices, soft drinks, and other beverages.

• Take full responsibility for the bar and its daily operations.

• Manage coffee, beverage, and bar inventory.

• Communicate with suppliers and place orders when needed.

• Manage the cash register and handle daily payments accurately.

• Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked.

• Open and close the bar according to the shift schedule.

• Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and service.

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.

• Take full responsibility for the bar throughout the entire shift.

• Report any shortages, problems, or equipment issues to management.

Requirements:

• Georgian female candidate only.

• Previous barista experience is preferred.

• Good knowledge of coffee preparation and beverages.

• Fluent or good English communication skills are required.

• Responsible, organized, and reliable.

• Friendly, polite, and respectful personality.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Able to work independently and take responsibility for the bar.

• Able to manage a full shift and handle daily bar operations.
