Duties
• This is a full-time, on-site Lawyer position located in Tbilisi;
• The successful candidate will provide legal advice, draft and review legal documents, and represent clients in legal proceedings;
• The role involves conducting thorough legal research, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and collaborating with the team to develop effective legal strategies.
Requirements
• Proficiency in Legal Research, Legal Writing, and drafting of contracts and legal documents;
• Experience in Litigation, Dispute Resolution, and Negotiations;
• Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance, Corporate Law, and Contract Law;
• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret and apply laws effectively;
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills in both local and English languages;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment;
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law and a valid license to practice law;
• Prior experience in a related field or specialization in corporate and business law is an advantage.
