Duties
• About the Role
• We are a growing vehicle import business bridging the gap between the USA and Georgia. We are looking for a proactive, data-driven, and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. Your primary mission will be to expand our network of professional dealers and wholesalers in the Georgian market.
• You won't just be "managing"; you will be the architect of our growth, moving between strategy, ad performance, and creative direction.
Requirements
• Key Responsibilities
• Multi-Channel Ad Management: Lead the strategy, setup, and daily optimization of paid campaigns across Meta (FB/IG), Google Search, and YouTube. * A/B Testing & Optimization: Constantly test ad copy, video hooks, and landing pages to lower our cost-per-lead (CPL) and improve lead quality.
• B2B Funnel Development: Design the "Dealer Journey"—using digital ads to drive traffic to our Tbilisi office or private dealer channels (Viber/Telegram).
• Analytics & Reporting: Use Google Analytics (GA4) and Meta Insights to track performance. You will be responsible for weekly reports on ROI, conversion rates, and spend efficiency.
• Team Leadership: Oversee an in-house Designer and SMM specialist, plus a remote Content Creator, ensuring all output is high-quality and on-brand.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on Georgian car market trends
Personal qualities and skills
• Requirements & Qualifications
• Languages: English and Georgian are mandatory. You must be able to communicate effectively in both languages. Russian - Optional
• Experience: 2–4 years of solid marketing experience (Agency or In-house). Experience in the automotive or logistics sector is a major advantage.
• Digital Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Lead Generation forms.
• Proactive Mindset: You are a "problem solver." You bring ideas to the table, spot trends before they peak, and stay ahead of the competition.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with B2B clients and manage an internal creative team.
• Organized: Ability to manage projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on high-quality output.
