Responsibilities:

• Receiving and processing incoming and outgoing calls and messages from clients;

• Providing consultations on the company’s products and services;

• Maintaining the client database and accurately entering information;

• Handling standard product-related inquiries;

• Ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Russian at level B2 or higher (clear and fluent speech);

• Proficiency in English at level B2 or higher (ability to understand and communicate with clients);

• Excellent communication skills and stress tolerance;

• Ability to work with computers, messengers, and email;

• Responsibility, politeness, and a results-oriented attitude.
