Position Overview:
- The Real Estate Sales Manager will be responsible for selling residential and commercial properties, managing client relationships, and overseeing the full sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present and sell real estate properties;
- Communicate with potential clients and provide consultations;
- Conduct sales negotiations and close deals;
- Manage and update client database;
- Achieve sales targets;
- Monitor market trends.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales (real estate experience is a must);
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Georgian, English and Russian (is a must);
- Result-oriented mindset;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Knowledge of MS Office.
