• Collaborate remotely with project managers, architects, and clients to clarify project scopes and ensure all relevant details are considered in the estimation process.
• Research and source up-to-date pricing for materials, labor, and equipment across various international markets.
• Prepare detailed, itemized cost breakdowns and present clear, professional reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks, cost-saving opportunities, and value engineering options to optimize project budgets.
• Maintain organized records of all estimates, revisions, and supporting documentation for ongoing and completed projects.
• Stay informed about industry trends, building codes, and best practices in renovation estimation, especially in the context of international projects.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in construction estimation, renovation, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
