Practical ability, technical interest, reliability and a willingness to learn are more important to us.The position will initially be part-time, with most working hours taking place at weekends. It is therefore also suitable for students or candidates who would like to gain practical experience alongside another job or course of study.Main responsibilities:Assisting with the assembly and disassembly of engines;Supporting the assembly of engines and engine components;Cleaning and preparing parts for assembly;Inspecting and measuring mechanical components;Assisting with repair and adjustment work;Working with standard workshop tools and measuring instruments;Checking components for wear or damage;Following technical instructions accurately;General support in the workshop and production area.Requirements:Practical ability and an interest in engines and mechanical technology;Some practical experience with tools or manual work;Good technical understanding and willingness to learn;Accurate, reliable and responsible working methods;Availability to work mainly at weekends;A clear and understandable level of English for work instructions and daily communication.A formal qualification, apprenticeship or specific degree is not required.
