Company: TKM Intercorp LLCWorking format: Remote — work from homeEmployment type: Full-timeCareer level: Entry-level / Mid-levelSalary: Negotiable, depending on skills and experienceAbout the company:TKM Intercorp LLC is a technical and manufacturing company involved in the development of motorcycle engines, mechanical components and specialised technical products.We are looking for a motivated CAD Engineer, CAD Designer or 3D Modelling Specialist who can create mechanical parts and components in both 2D and 3D.Previous experience in the motorcycle, engine or automotive industry is not required. Practical knowledge, the quality of your work and your ability to use CAD software are more important to us than a university degree or formal engineering qualification.This position is suitable for both mid-level specialists and motivated entry-level candidates who already have some practical experience with CAD software.Main responsibilities:Creating 3D models of mechanical parts and components;Preparing accurate 2D technical drawings;Creating models of mechanical assemblies;Working with SolidWorks, Fusion 360 or comparable CAD software;Recreating existing mechanical parts as digital CAD models based on measurements;Modifying, adapting and improving existing designs;Preparing manufacturing drawings and technical documentation;Adding dimensions, tolerances and technical requirements to drawings;Supporting the development of new products, prototypes and test components;Cooperating remotely with other members of the company.Candidate requirements:Practical knowledge of CAD software;Experience with SolidWorks, Fusion 360 or comparable software;Ability to create clear and accurate 2D technical drawings;Ability to create 3D models of mechanical parts;Ability to read and understand technical drawings;Ability to work accurately with measurements and proportions;Good attention to detail;Technical thinking and problem-solving skills;Reliability and the ability to work independently;Ability to organise tasks and communicate effectively while working remotely;Willingness to learn new software, technologies and manufacturing processes.Education and experience:A university degree or formal engineering qualification is not required;Practical ability, technical knowledge and the quality of your work are more important than academic qualifications;Applications from entry-level and mid-level candidates are welcome;Previous experience in our specific industry is not required.The following would be an advantageExperience with reverse engineering;Experience measuring existing components and converting them into CAD models;Basic knowledge of CNC machining;Knowledge of 3D scanning or 3D printing;General understanding of tolerances, materials and manufacturing processes;Interest in motorcycles, cars, engines or mechanical engineering;English skills sufficient to understand technical documentation.These additional skills are considered an advantage but are not mandatory.What we offer:The opportunity to work remotely from home;Work on real technical and manufacturing projects;Interesting and varied CAD tasks;Opportunities for professional development;The opportunity to learn about product development and manufacturing processes;The possibility of long-term cooperation;A working environment where practical skills and good results are more important than formal qualifications;Salary based on the candidate’s knowledge, experience and practical ability.How to applyInterested candidates can send us a short CV by email or WhatsApp.Your CV should briefly include:The CAD programs you can use;Your level of practical CAD experience;The types of 2D or 3D projects you have worked on;Your salary expectation;Your possible starting date.Email: [email protected] use the following subject line or message title:CAD Position – ApplicationLanguage requirementsA clear and understandable level of spoken English is required, as part of the daily work communication will be in English;The candidate should be able to understand work instructions, ask questions and discuss basic technical topics in English;German language skills are not required;Candidates who can speak and understand German will receive an additional salary allowance on top of their regular salary.SalaryThe salary will be determined based on the candidate’s practical knowledge, experience, CAD skills and level of responsibility.An additional salary allowance will be provided to candidates who can speak and understand German
