Paragon, a leading real estate consultancy, seeks a dedicated professional to join our team as an Administrative Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and send invoices, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Engage in high-level communication with third parties.
  • Create and present company capabilities and proposals.
  • Lead preparation of tender documents for various projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in document preparation, including service agreements and employee contracts.
  • Strong financial acumen for accurate invoicing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive corporate proposals.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with HR functions, including contract preparation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High-level English proficiency required.
