BüroMeister operates in the field of residential and commercial cleaning services and is now seeking full-time support in our Inbound Customer Service team.
With us, you can expect a varied workday:
- Handle diverse customer inquiries
- Welcome new customers warmly
- Provide solution-oriented support to our existing customers
If you have customer service experience, show empathy, present yourself professionally, and are reliable – we would love to meet you!
📋 Requirements
- Experience in customer service
- Empathetic communication skills
- German (native or near-native level) in spoken and written form
- Reliable personality
- Time zone must be no more than 2 hours different from German time
📌 Tasks
- Managing the email ticket system
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Customer consultation
- Correspondence with business partners
- Entering purchase requests into the system
- Complaint management
ℹ️ Details
- 40 hours per week (part-time not possible)
- Monday to Friday
- Availability between 08:00 and 18:00 German time (two shifts)
- Freelance-based employment
