About us:

TKM Intercorp LLC develops and manufactures motorcycle engines, engine components and other specialised technical products.

We are looking for a practical and technically interested person to support our engine-building and workshop activities.

Previous experience as an automotive mechanic, engine builder or in the automotive industry is not required. Practical ability, technical interest, reliability and a willingness to learn are more important to us.

The position will initially be part-time, with most working hours taking place at weekends. It is therefore also suitable for students or candidates who would like to gain practical experience alongside another job or course of study.

Main responsibilities:

Assisting with the assembly and disassembly of engines;

Supporting the assembly of engines and engine components;

Cleaning and preparing parts for assembly;

Inspecting and measuring mechanical components;

Assisting with repair and adjustment work;

Working with standard workshop tools and measuring instruments;

Checking components for wear or damage;

Following technical instructions accurately;

General support in the workshop and production area.

Requirements:

Practical ability and an interest in engines and mechanical technology;

Some practical experience with tools or manual work;

Good technical understanding and willingness to learn;

Accurate, reliable and responsible working methods;

Availability to work mainly at weekends;

A clear and understandable level of English for work instructions and daily communication.

A formal qualification, apprenticeship or specific degree is not required. Practical skills, motivation and the quality of your work are more important to us than formal education.

The following would be an advantage, but is not required

Experience as an automotive mechanic, motorcycle mechanic or engine builder;

Experience in the automotive or motorcycle sector;

Experience working with internal combustion engines;

Knowledge of engine assembly or engine rebuilding;

Experience using measuring instruments;

Experience with metalworking, machinery or workshop activities;

Interest in motorcycles, two-stroke engines or motorsport;

German language skills.
