Experienced Bartender / Mixologist

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, focusing on both classic and signature cocktails.

• Interact with guests, take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure a highly hospitable experience.

• Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area at all times.

• Manage bar inventory, monitor stock levels, and assist with daily restocking and prep work.

• Process payments accurately and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.

• Proven experience working as a bartender, with a strong foundation in mixology and cocktail preparation.

• Fluency in both Georgian and English.

• Comprehensive knowledge of standard drink recipes, spirits, wine, and beer.

• Ability to handle late-night shifts (Working hours: 18:00 to 02:00).

• Capability to stand for long periods and work efficiently under pressure.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
