Role: Senior Financial Modeler – Startup & Venture Development

About the Role

We are not looking for an accountant. We are looking for a Financial Architect who can translate technical inventions into professional investment projects. You will be responsible for building the "Financial Engine" for our new ventures, from vertical parking towers to high-tech hardware systems.

Responsibilities

Venture Modeling: Build 5-year dynamic financial models (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet) for new startups.

Unit Economics: Calculate the exact cost of goods sold (BOM) and profitability for physical hardware and infrastructure projects.

Valuation & Cap Tables: Structure equity splits between inventors, the studio, and private equity partners.

Investment Readiness: Create clean, professional data visualizations for investor pitch decks.

Scenario Stress-Testing: Model "What-If" scenarios (market changes, raw material price spikes, etc.).

Requirements 🎯

Experience: 3+ years in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or a Big 4 firm (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC).

Excel Mastery: Advanced formulas, Pivot tables, and Power Query (VBA/Macros is a huge plus).

Technical Literacy: Ability to understand engineering data (BIM, MEP, Manufacturing costs).

Language: Fluency in English and Georgian (Russian is a plus).

Education: Degree in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics (CFA Level 1+ preferred).
