Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire the kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality international cuisine, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish.
  • Design and update seasonal menus, incorporating current culinary trends and customer preferences while maintaining cost control and minimizing waste.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional growth.
  • Collaborate with brand Chef to develop new recipes.
  • Monitor and manage kitchen budgets, labor costs, and resource allocation to achieve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained in excellent working condition and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • 1-3 years of proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of international cuisines, cooking techniques, and kitchen management best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Demonstrated commitment to food safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement.
  • English language is a must
