About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and proactive IT Helpdesk Intern to join our Company. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment and develop your technical skills in network, systems, and infrastructure support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
Perform desk cable management and maintain tidy workstation setups
Assist in network setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
Support in CCTV installation, configuration, and maintenance
Handle Operating System installations, including Windows and Linux environments
Perform software and driver installations as required
Manage data backup, virtual machines, and storage systems
Document technical issues and their resolutions for future reference

Qualifications & Skills:

Student / Education in Computer Science Field
Basic understanding of computer networks and OS installations
Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Good organizational and communication abilities
Eagerness to learn and grow within an IT environment
