Working Conditions:
- 5 working days per week;
- 8-hour shifts;
- Salary: 1200 GEL;
- Bonus system available.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender;
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, coffee basics, and beverage preparation;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Knowledge of English and Russian;
- Strong communication and guest service skills;
- Friendly, responsible, and team-oriented personality.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages;
- Maintaining bar cleanliness and organization;
- Providing excellent customer service and engaging with guests;
- Managing bar stock and reporting shortages;
- Following hygiene and safety standards.
