ყველა განცხადება (2)GEOSTEEL is seeking qualified applicants for the full-time position of Chief Accountant.
Duty station: Rustavi, Davit Gareji #36
Responsibilities:
- Review, process and control all financial documentation;
- Perform all general finance functions;
- Control and manage taxation issues;
- Manage expenses, charges, accruals, cash flow, fixed assets, etc.
- Provide timely accounting reports and information to management.
- Prepare and run payroll, banking operations in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain an Impress Fund System and petty cash control,
- Review, process and control the expense reports, documentation and reporting required by the company management, government or other agencies.
- Perform financial audits of activities to ascertain internal controls are functioning as intended.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Economics/Finance or business-related field.
- Work experience as a professional Chief Accountant - minimum 3 years;
- Ability to manage accounting programs and practical work experience;
- Well grounded knowledge of Georgian tax legislation;
- Knowledge of international accounting principles and standards.
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills
- Fluency in English language;
- Analytical thinking;
- Time management skills and the ability to work overtime and follow strict deadlines;
- Active, well organized, with strong sense of responsibility;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
