Job Title: Property ManagerLocation: Tbilisi/Batumi, GeorgiaCompany Overview:We manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Georgia. We are seeking a motivated Property Manager to oversee operations, maintain properties to high standards, and ensure tenant/client satisfaction.Job Responsibilities:- Manage daily operations of assigned properties, including apartments, houses, and commercial units.- Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and repair services to ensure properties remain in excellent condition.- Handle tenant relations, including inquiries, complaints, lease agreements, and renewals.- Monitor rental and utility payments, deposits, and financial reporting.- Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety, compliance, and property standards.- Collaborate with contractors, service providers, and local authorities as needed.- Prepare reports on occupancy, income, expenses, and maintenance activities.Requirements:- English language skills are a must.- Russian and Arabic are considered strong advantages.- Previous experience in property management or real estate is highly preferred.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Ability to manage budgets, invoices, and basic accounting.- Proactive, reliable, and capable of solving problems independently.- Must be able to independently visit properties; a monthly public transport pass will be provided.Compensation & Benefits:Starting salary: 1,500 GEL/month.Performance bonuses: Paid for every apartment rented.Salary may increase depending on performance and scope of responsibilities.How to Apply:Send your CV to Salomefedelta@gmail.com or https://wa.me/995599940701
