Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Commercial Real Estate Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a central role in managing client relationships, coordinating transactions, conducting market research, and driving business growth. This is a dynamic, hands-on role suited for someone with a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.
This position includes a base salary complemented by a performance-based bonus structure. Selected candidates will receive professional training from experienced real estate experts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships, respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain client databases.
- Coordinate and schedule property showings and open houses.
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials for listings, including online listings, brochures, and advertisements.
- Assist in the preparation of contracts, lease agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support pricing and negotiation strategies.
- Coordinate with other real estate agents, brokers, and industry professionals to facilitate transactions.
- Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and real estate software (e.g., MLS, CRM)
- Strong English skills (C1 level)
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High level of personal responsibility, honesty, and empathy
- Resilience to rejection and a creative problem-solving mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor`s student or postgraduate in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Real Estate, Economics)
Working Hours & Compensation:
10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Compensation: Base salary + performance-based bonus (dependent on experience and qualifications)
