ყველა განცხადება (1)The Hub Co Working Space is looking for a motivated Community Coordinator to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for members and visitors, playing a key role in customer service, daily operations, and maintaining a well-organized, welcoming environment.
Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 12:00-21:00 (the three weekdays are flexible and can be adjusted)
- Saturday-Sunday: 09:00-18:00 (fixed/not subject to change)
- Salary: 1000 GEL per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome.
- Manage communication (emails, calls, and in-person inquiries) efficiently and politely.
- Use office equipment confidently (computer, printer, scanner, etc.).
- Keep the front desk area organized and presentable at all times.
- Coordinate ordering of office supplies and maintain stock levels.
- Arrange maintenance when needed, contact technicians or craftsmen for repairs.
- Support the operational team and help maintain a friendly, positive atmosphere in the co working space.
- Fluent in Georgian; English required. Ukrainian or Russian is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and punctuality.
- Clear communicator, coachable, and professional.
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of Excel is beneficial.
- Reliable, meticulous, and motivated team player.
- Consistency, reliability, and long-term commitment are highly valued in this role.
