An international media agency specializing in personal branding and digital content distribution across global markets (US, Europe) is looking for Inbound Communications Specialists.
This role is 100% text-based — no phone calls or video required.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with English-speaking audiences in live chats on behalf of the creators/brands;
- Handle high-volume inbound traffic (over 5,000+ incoming messages per month);
- Consult leads, maintain active engagement, and build long-term relationships (Retention);
- Present and sell digital products/services (inbound leads only, no cold calls or high-pressure selling);
- Keep basic reports on chat conversions and activity.
🎯 Requirements:
- English proficiency: B1–B2 or higher (fluent written communication skills);
- A personal computer/laptop with a reliable high-speed internet connection;
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and quick learning ability;
- Prior experience in Sales, Customer Support, or Social Media management is a plus, but candidates with no experience are welcome — we provide comprehensive training from scratch.
