We are looking for a motivated and results-driven German-speaking Sales Representative and Customer Manager to join our dynamic and fast-paced team in Tbilisi. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, client-focused, and eager to grow within the financial and cryptocurrency sectors.

• · Engage with leads through our CRM system and ensure timely, organized follow-ups

• · Navigate stock exchange and cryptocurrency trading platforms as part of daily operations
• · Execute trades on stock and crypto platforms in line with internal guidelines and market conditions
• · Demonstrate strong sales skills and confidently present services to potential clients

• Qualifications & Requirements:
• Fluent in German (minimum B2 level) with strong communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable handling client conversations and conducting sales in a professional manner
• Willingness to learn and adapt to CRM systems, stock exchanges, and crypto platforms
• Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to grow within the company
• Experience in finance or crypto is a plus, but not required—training will be provided
