ყველა განცხადება (2)We are an international restaurant located in the heart of Vake, seeking a skilled and fast-paced Hot Section Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. If you have a passion for international culinary arts and thrive in a busy environment, we want you to run our hot line!
Duties
• Manage the hot food station (cooking, grill, fry) efficiently during high-volume service hours.
• Prepare and cook hot dishes consistently according to the Executive Chef’s recipes, presentation guidelines, and quality standards.
• Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness at the workstation, strictly following HACCP standards.
• Monitor ingredient stock levels for the hot section and complete daily prep work.
• Coordinate smoothly with the Executive Chef, cold section, and front-of-house team to ensure timely service.
Requirements
• Proven experience working in the hot section of a busy, high-quality restaurant.
• Familiarity with international cuisines (experience with Lebanese, Tex-Mex, Italian, or Mediterranean is a major plus!).
• Strong ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• High standards for food safety and workplace sanitation.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
