Immoviewer/Docusketch in search of a drafter (draftsman) - freelance in the city of Batumi (Georgia).
We are developing high-tech projects for working with virtual reality in the real estate sector in Europe, the USA and Canada. The main office is located in Germany.
We have more than 1300 people and we are constantly growing.
Candidacy requirements:
Stable internet channel
Having your own laptop to work with at least 8 GB and a screen resolution of at least 1366*768.
Specialized education related to architecture, engineering (secondary, higher)
Accuracy, commitment, stable schedule, self-organization skills
Ability to work independently according to instructions
Developed spatial thinking
Experience working in graphics programs (AutoCAD, Skettup, Archicad), working with drawings, or experience in three-dimensional design is welcome and will accelerate your learning.
You will do:
Drawings of houses, apartments, public and industrial buildings based on data provided by the customer.
Conditions:
Remote work at home using a time tracker with results monitoring
Hiring based on the results of a completed test assignment and a personal internship.
Software for creating drawings is provided for operation
Assistance and advice from supervisors after completing the training
The first 10 drawings during the training are paid at a fixed rate of 200 euros, followed by hourly payment of 2.5 euros per hour.
The internship (paid by our company in full) will last 6 weeks full-time in the office in Batumi, from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (8 hour working day).

From 30 hours per week, hourly rate
Online work schedule (after successful internship in the office) evening and night hours (Georgian time).
Please note that taxes and mandatory payments (according to the requirements of local legislation) for this type of contract are calculated and paid by you yourself. To receive payment, you must sign a contract with a legal entity as an individual entrepreneur. That is, Georgian citizens (who can open a Georgian individual entrepreneur) or foreign citizens who already have a valid Georgian individual entrepreneur (in connection with the new law on "migrant workers", who will receive a permit to operate a Georgian individual entrepreneur and get a residence permit) are being considered.
The internship in the office in Batumi and the online work after the internship are conducted in Russian (therefore, knowledge of the Russian language is mandatory)
