We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. This is a full-time role for someone who is proactive, communicative, and ready to build lasting relationships with clients while working collaboratively within a team environment.

As a Customer Success Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Calling leads through a CRM system

• Working with stock exchange-related tools or platforms

• Maintaining constant and professional communication with clients

• Contributing to a positive and goal-oriented team environment

This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a client-facing position.

Language Requirements:

• English: Minimum level C1 (fluent and professional)

• German and Italian: Basic knowledge is preferred, but not mandatory

Compensation:

• Base Salary: 1,600 GEL – 2,400 GEL/month

• Bonus System: Additional income based on performance and results — your success directly impacts your earnings!

Work Schedule:

• Full-time position

• 9 to 10 hour shifts per day
