About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and proactive IT Helpdesk Intern to join our Company. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment and develop your technical skills in network, systems, and infrastructure support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
- Perform desk cable management and maintain tidy workstation setups
- Assist in network setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Support in CCTV installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Handle Operating System installations, including Windows and Linux environments
- Perform software and driver installations as required
- Manage data backup, virtual machines, and storage systems
- Document technical issues and their resolutions for future reference
Qualifications & Skills:
- Student / Education in Computer Science Field
- Basic understanding of computer networks and OS installations
- Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Good organizational and communication abilities
- Eagerness to learn and grow within an IT environment
