Company is hiring E-Commerce B2B Sales Lead, to help companies get card payments from the customers, for their online stores.
What You`ll Do:
- Define and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve company targets;
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities;
- Create and manage the sales pipeline with targeted companies;
- Reach out to businesses to introduce our acquiring and e-commerce solutions;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients;
- Identify client needs and deliver tailored fintech solutions;
- Lead negotiations on pricing, commercial terms, and close high-value deals;
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth;
- Do all the necessary analytics and reporting;
- Stay up-to-date with Georgian market trends and identify new business opportunities.
What We`re Looking For:
- Strategic thinking with the ability to design and implement effective sales strategies;
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to track performance and optimize results;
- Proven sales experience (experience with digital or financial products is a strong plus);
- Strong business connections, Portfolio and a proven professional network will be highly advantageous;
- Positive, energetic with a strong sense of responsibility;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills;
- Business education or a related field is preferred;
- Motivated to grow and learn in the fintech space;
- Ability to work independently and drive results.
